Chennai alone accounts more than 10 % of structures certified as eco-friendly by IGBC. Chennai has witnessed a good transformation in the past three to four years. Aiming at developing more, Chennai is ranked 4th after Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru among the Green cities across the nation.

So, today’s trend of concrete housing material will soon be replaced by green, self-sufficient buildings and towns. The time is now demanding the shift towards a sustainable and green environment.
