Kutumb By Naiknavare – Inter-Generational Community in Vadgaon Maval Creates Waves in Media!

India got its first InterGenerational Community project at Talegaon, Kutumb by Naiknavare powered by Primus. This first-of-its-kind residential project offers homes in Talegaon and is an excellent take on the traditional joint family system with a modern touch. While the project is designed and executed by the Naiknavare Group, the unique services are being powered by Primus, a Bangalore-based company that focuses on senior care/intergenerational living. 

 

Kutumb was launched in August 2022. To mark the event, Naiknavare Developers and Primus held a press conference to announce the launch of ‘Kutumb’. Located in Talegaon, Pune, spread over 16 acres, Naiknavare’s Kutumb powered by Primus will offer a vast array of housing options such as rowhouses, townhouses, duplexes, NA fully serviced plots, and flats in Vadgaon Maval.

 

Speaking on the Inter-Generational Community concept, Hemant Naiknavare, Director, Naiknavare Developers, said, “At Naiknavare, we are embarking on a journey to restore enriched and holistic lifestyles by serving multiple populations with the idea of intergenerational communities.” He said, “Kutumb is a modern take on our traditional joint family system superimposed with a service layer. It has evolved from our personal experience of living in an intergenerational setup. This platform-based tie-up with Primus will lend itself to creating many such enriching lifestyle-based communities across Pune.”

A discussion was held to highlight the Inter-Generational Community concept and sensitize the topic “The Evolving Needs of Urban Living; Intergenerational Housing – A Way Forward”.
